Second: Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges
To accept any return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be completely unused.
The original packaging is intact and unopened.
All accessories and manuals are included.
The invoice or order number is available.
No signs of installation, operation, or use.
Any request that does not meet these conditions will be rejected immediately.
Third: Return Without Reason (Change of Mind)
If the customer wishes to return the product without any manufacturing defect or error from Majesty:
✅ The customer has the right to return within 7 days only.
✅ Majesty reserves the right to deduct the following costs from the refund amount:
Shipping costs.
Electronic payment gateway commission.
Any announced operational fees.
The net amount will be refunded after deductions.
Fourth: Return Due to Manufacturing Defect or Store Error
If the following is proven:
A manufacturing defect.
Or the wrong product was sent.
Or missing accessories.
Then:
Majesty bears all shipping costs.
No commissions or fees will be deducted.
Full exchange or refund will be processed based on the customer’s preference.
Fifth: Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Used or installed products.
Technical products after being operated.
Consumable accessories after opening (e.g., cables).
Products with removed serial numbers or warranty stickers.
